5.3 million South Africans living with HIV--that's the highest number worldwide. While this country has had to take on crime, transportation, and logistical issues just to host this World Cup, it's the ongoing battles that will continue long after the last match. But as our Xolani Gwala reports, far away from the glitz of the World Cup stadiums, there are hopeful signs in a fight that has already cost South Africa so much.
