Our Robyn Curnow is in Cape Town, South Africa - at the One and Only hotel. One of three penthouses here at the One and Only hotel sold last year for a staggering 115 million rand ... or a little more than 15 million U.S. dollars. It's quite an accomplishment given the current state of the global economy. Robyn Curnow recently sat down for some face time with Sol Kerzner - owner of this luxury hotel … to talk over both the problems and also the perks - of running a business like his - during an economic maelstrom.
