SHOW #7

Hong Kong / Shenzhen:

Nine months ago, Michael Wu was a man with a mission. Today, he's older and wiser. He's found China is challenging and the reality is proving expensive. There are more than 90 bakeries in China's Guangdong province alone being fed by China's turbo-charged economy...so Michael is finding it difficult to retain staff - which is turning into a major problem.

London:

Five years ago she launched my-wardrobe. Early this year re-launched womenswear. And now, Sarah Curran is taking on menswear.  To tap into this market and help drive the business forward, Sarah has brought in Troy Munns. As the head of menswear, he will oversee its direction, tone and content. Sarah will still be calling the shots but at a more macro-level. She's decided that on menswear, she's best to step aside.  In this area, she accepts she's not the expert.

New York:

To run a world class brewery you must often meet with the person who has the finger on the pulse of your operations: the brew master. Today, Steve Hindy is doing just that. He's meeting star employee Garrett Oliver - the authority on all things beer.  On the cards: a new and improved beer cask that will ease their workflow. As the boss, Steve has no problem stepping aside. In fact, when it comes to developing new tastes, his brew master has virtual free reign.
