In this economic climate, we want to know how the hotel industry is faring and explore how hotels are changing. To get under the skin of the industry, Richard Quest spends a day learning what it takes to run a hotel like clockwork.

GEORGES V

A never before seen, behind-the-scenes look at the world-renowned Georges V hotel in Paris. Richard will shadow the general manager and staff, as well as work in the kitchen, with housekeeping and the concierge.
