We remember the first commercial flight of the Airbus A380 Superjumbo from Singapore to Sydney with launch customer Singapore Airlines (2007); the behind scenes access at London City Airport where Richard helped out parking planes, cleaning cabins and was a baggage handler for a day (2009); and we experienced the retraining and refresher course of the safety evacuation procedures at British Airways Flight Training Facility in London (2009).
