Quest for the Festive Spirit

'Tis the season to be jolly, fa la la la la, la la la la - as the popular sing-along-song goes. Join CNN's Richard Quest, this month, on his 'Quest for the Festive Spirit'.

From Diwali, the festival of lights, in India, to the home of Santa Claus in Lapland, Quest finds out how people around the world celebrate at this time of the year.

He meets Laura Bush, the First Lady of the United States, to see how she decorates the White House, cooks up a Thanksgiving feast at a fire station in New York City and makes sweet treats with the celebrity chef Nigella Lawson.

Tennis ace Boris Becker takes us on a tour of the famous German Christmas markets in Munich, and we go backstage at Radio City Music Hall, where the legendary Rockettes showgirl spectacular takes place.

Quest visits Hallmark in Kansas City, Missouri, to make a greeting card for Santa Claus, and rocks up at KUDL, an all-Christmas radio station. In Vilnius, Lithuania, Quest takes the stage in front of 25-thousand people to turn on the city's festive tree lights.
