Dolly Parton

With her unmistakable hourglass figure, big blonde wig and colorful wardrobe, Dolly Parton is the most successful female artist in the history of country music. This month, “Revealed” joins Dolly on a road show of music, photo shoots, speeches and performances, while the voluptuous icon is keen to remind viewers that the way she looks is just a country girl's idea of glamour. To her friends and colleagues, Dolly is regarded as an extremely savvy businesswoman, owning the rights to her music, not to mention her very own theme park, Dollywood, in her home county of East Tennesse.

'Revealed' follows Dolly around the park, where she sings with her family on stage and delights her home town crowd by riding on a float at a parade dedicated to her. She also invites cameras to Atlanta, Georgia where she passionately promotes her Imagination Library, a venture aimed at combating illiteracy by targeting children in their pre-school years. The programme also includes admiration from fellow country music legend Kenny Rogers and shows Dolly receiving an honourary degree at the University of Tennessee for her extensive philanthropic work.
