SHOW #4

Wimbledon Preview

What makes Wimbledon unique among the Grand Slam tournaments is that it still retains a village atmosphere. The players and officials all stay in local houses and dine in the local village. We do a tour of the village in the company of Stephen Little, Andy Roddick's driver and now very close friend.  In addition we look at the race for the number one spot, as Rafael Nadal's clay comeback puts pressure on Roger Federer's dominance. We also focus on Britain's great grand slam hope, Andy Murray. Can he end the drought and become the first British man to win a Grand Slam since Fred Perry in 1936?

We look at the history behind the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournament in the world and the people who have defined that history, the winners. We speak to Martina Navratilova, who holds the record for the most singles championships at ten, and then visit Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf at their tennis academy in Las Vegas. Collectively, the pair have won eight singles titles.

Finally we go training at ball boy boot camp as we see what it takes to make the grade as a Wimbledon ball boy or girl.
