This month's edition of Open Court visits current U.S. Open Champion Kim Clijsters at home in the small Belgium city of Bree. The show profiles the two-time grand slam champion who shocked the world last year by winning the U.S. Open after returning to the game only a year after giving birth. Open Court asks how she's coping with life on tour and she talks about the importance of her small community where she grew up.

Also, presenter Pat Cash visits John McEnroe's controversial new tennis academy on Randall's Island, New York. McEnroe has always been outspoken about the failings of the USTA to develop new tennis talent, despite the fact his brother Patrick is the development officer for the organization! Open Court also interviews Patrick to hear his viewpoint and Pat has a knockabout on court with the former world number one himself, John McEnroe.

Plus a very different and very American game of tennis - World TeamTennis, where cities play cities, is explored this month.
